As one of the only girls on this forum, it's time for my opinion to save that day. ;D

The one-year anniversary is a very important time, but of course it's not like marriage or anything. So it should be important, but not too important. Jewlery would be a good choice, but you don't need to spend a ton of money on it. Just as long as it's something you know she'll like.

Zerachial actually had a good idea, a pillow would be pretty hardcore. The scent would easily fade off, but it would still remind her of you when she went to bed. ;o

My last idea would be to think of all the little things she likes (Chocolate, candy, cosmetics, makeup, maybe a teddy bear, etc.) and give her a lovely little basket of goodies. Then you can even add a nice card and stuff.

...Yeah, that's about all I can think of. Keep in mind that I've never had a boyfriend, so I may not know exactly what would be best for such an occasion. Just get her whatever you feel is best to get her. <3
