what happens if you were to rebuild town or tear a house down?? also can you pick what villagers you want in you town??

also have been tt and now for some reason it wont give me anymore money???

Rebulid completely erases your town (you'll have different town layout), Tearing a house down deletes the character whose house you tear down), No you can't pick the villagers that you have, and I don't get your last question.

my last question: when i save my game and then go back out and come back and change the date to 2000 and play for alittle while, then save and come back in with a new date 2035, i should be getting 99,999 in the bank right?? i was getting that bout 4 times and then it just stopped doing it, no matter how i did it. my question is does it have to reset itself or something??

Were you reffereing to the TT where you have money in the bank and you just gain interest from doing that, and now you arnt gaining anymore interest?

Nvm i see what you said just now. i had that problem too at one point. but i stopped doing it for a day or 3 and it worked fine after that, either that or you have max bells already, but then again i havent gotten to that point so im not entirely sure if that could be it.

Me and my family have been giving now and then to the town fund..
Couple days ago we got a bridge built...
Is it worth spending more on the town fund for more items or is that all you get ?
not sure how much we need to spend , and are there any other things we can do ingame to add to the attraction of our town ?
also how meny fruit trees are there to collect in total ?

If you spend 500,000 more you get a fountain, and if you spend a million more after that you get a windmill or lighthouse. Also, you can spend a million more to change your lighthouse to windmill and vice versa.

There are 5 varieties of fruit trees.

Hmmm... seems like my town folk would like more greenery...
i have tried planting more trees / flower , but how i make the grass grow back ?
or is that impossible ?
sorry for all the newbie questions , but still learning all the ins and outs of the game...

The grass grows back gradually over the space of months; if you don't walk on a spot that's been worn away for a week or so, you'll notice small patches of grass growing. Unfortunately if you walk over them, they die. Which is irritating.
