How to unbrick your game.(No AR needed)

Okey well Credit goes to Metaknight18 from Friendcodes,I'll give you the link to the thread when I'm done.
Okey,well the brick is just a 9th neighbor and the game doesn't recognize it so it freezes when you try to join your town.I'll tell you how to fix your Town.You don't have to buy a new one.
-You have to set your clock up a year or two.
-Then you mess around with the time date and month.
-If it still doesn't work keep messing with the time and date.Then the 9th neighbor will finally move out.
And your town is all better.

Ok good, cause thats what I figured, I had that happen to me, but it fixed itself, I didn't have to do that, but good tip though, if it happens again I will try it!

Okay,just make sure if you don't save until you go into a house and come out.Then if there's a seed in your town you'll see it.
