hey wutz up im new. i was wondering why people ask to click on there signiture picture to power up there card,license or something like that. can you pm me or comment what that is and where i can get it. its usually has to do with ssbb or mario kart.

It's a level system. People do it because it's a new fad, that will soon die away like all of them do.
