Why, why, why?

I was gonna get this game, but when I got my 360, I realized that compared to shooters on the 360, this game just can't compete. I'm still exicted for New Super Mario Bros and Mario Galaxy 2, and plan onbuying Madworld, but this game has fallen of my radar. Nintendo Power gives it an 8 though, so it seems like a great choice if you're starved for a shooter on the Wii.

Well, my allownace isnt great enough to get this game. Anyway, I preordered it. Screw nintendo powers review, this is excactly what the wii needed. FPS are better on the wii, its becoming obvious. All we need is enhanced graphics, online gamplay, and some companies who are going to step out of the dark and actually make a good fps for wii.

I love how everyone keeps saying "This game can't compete with the shooters on the 360" before it's even out yet. Now if it doesn't, fine. But it if ends up kicking the shit out of the other shooters, I'd love to see the same happen to everyone that said it wouldn't!

Can't be that great, CoD, Halo Team Fortress? Could it beat all of those? Especially with wii controls?

Have you even done any research on this? I can almost guarantee that if you're satisfied with anything, it will be the controls. I'm sick of people saying it can't be that great. IT'S NOT EVEN OUT YET! That's not even gramatically correct! Halo is grossly overrated, I never really liked CoD, and hardly anyone even knows about TF2(though it is a damn good game), it wouldn't be that hard to beat out any of these games, especially with the Wii. It's got 4 different controllers you can use! I'm sick of everyone being so damn pessimistic, it's like you all want it to suck!

I have no problem witht eh controls, but reviewers, who are payed by Nintendo, who gave horrible game good reviews, gave this game a 75. Yes it's not out yet, so how can you defend it? I honestly would like double analog over having to move your arms, it doesn't give you exercise trust me. Halo is HORRIBLY over rated, the CoD series is quite amazing and addicting, Team Fortress 2 is only known to PC gamers, were my brother not a PC gamer back in the day I would have never owned Orange Box. Trust me though, anyone who has steam knows what TF2 is. They'd say "WTF is brawl?". Those were just a few great FPS's, I'm sick of everyone thinking it's going to be sick because it's on the Wii, like it's a savior. News flash, there are millions of FPS's out there. How many years has Counter Strike been out? And saying that The Conduit is "A wii game LIKE halo." it's not Halo, it looks nothing like Halo, it has aliens but it doesn't have a race of super humans where you play as the sole survivor of the spartans. I'd say it's more like Independence Day, if it were a movie.
