You need to have at least 10+ non spamming posts.

That means you need ten non SPAMMING posts, which means they are on topic of the Thread you are posting on, when you wanted to get in the chatbox you just posted useless posts, so they don't count as non-Spamming posts.
Edit: What Eveee posted is Spam.
