I 'll try out.
I would like to be a writer for WiiUsers.net because it is such a great site and I love learning about new games and learning the history of Mario. I think I should have this position because I love reading Nintendo power and I search Nintendo stuff up a lot. I'm 11 years old. Who knew that video games are toys? Nintendo will open a 1000 square feet first floor area that is in Toys "R" us in new york. you can see it when you are going down Broadway trough the windows. It has 8 Ds systems that you can sample. It also has a Wii wall where you sample select Wii games. It also has a Nintendo gallery where you can see images from Nintendo's history. Ok, I'll try:
1.)I would like to be a writer for WiiUsers.net because I have good penmanship, I am trustworthy, and respectful in all ways. 2.)I think I should have this position because I am a loyal person to this website, I know many of these people around here, I have not been too bad, I am morally straight, can spell, and things listed above. I am also generous and kind, and I would like to also work on my skills for become a GamePro magazine writer and tester. It'll help me along the way. 3.)13 3/4 4.)Animal Crossing - Gamecube (Simulation) Graphics: 4/5 The graphics in the game for Gamecube aren't too bad actually, but they're not on-top. The trees look a little too 2-D, as do the fruits and when you drop most things. But, in your house, just about EVERYTHING is 3-D, so that's good. Sound: 5/5 With most games, there's only about 5-20 different gameplay music, but in this game, there's a variety of many songs, over 30. You can sort-of make your own by going to the board next to the post office. But, on Saturdays at eight o'clock, go visit the train station, and by there will be a dog playing a guitar. His name is Totakeke, but, musically, he's K.K. Slider. There are three hidden songs you can request from him that you can't find anywhere else: I Love You, K.K. Song, and Two Days Ago. You have to request them, and he wonders how you found out about them. He tells you that that was one of his no-shows, but he plays it anyway. The sounds aren't too bad, either. Gameplay: 4/5 This game isn't one of those "gamer" type of games, with objectives and all that, no, it's merely just a kid-friendly-fun simulation game. This game is also kind of educational, teaching kids about mortgages and money, like paying off your house. In this game, there's a general store that can be upgraded over time. You can also dig items up, plant trees, cut down trees, create your own house, catch bugs and fish, and meet, talk with, and do jobs for your neighbors. There are 40 different types of bugs and fish alike for you to collect, sell, or donate to the museum. Controls: 3/5 The controls in this game are really understandable, but they should have used the L and R buttons for more than just running, the Z button for turning lights on only when you're in your own house, and the C-Stick for more than just scrolling and zooming in and out. The B-button also doesn't do much, but you pull weeds out with it and run with it and pick things up, so it's pretty much the same as L and R. The A button does many things: Grab, use item, talk to neighbors, and enter a house. Replay Value: 5/5 The replay value in this game is ultimate; it never ends. You can keep playing everyday, and save. The only time the credits come up is when you're listening to K.K. Slider play his songs; seriously, this game never ends! You keep playing until you're bored with it. Last edited by Bounty; 12-21-2008 at 02:06 PM |

1.)I would like to be a writer for WiiUsers.net because.....
A.)I would like to become a writer for Wiiusers.net to help the expansion of population here and write New or Reviews for games on here. 2.)I think I should have this position because.... A.) I think I should have this position because I have experience in this category and I have a review ready for submission. 3.)I'm (age) years old (be truthful!) A.) I'm sixteen years old and I was born December 13, 1992. Review: Super Mario 64 DS: Game Review. Super Mario 64 DS Covers: ![]() -Developed by: Nintendo -Publisher: Nintendo -Platform: Nintendo DS -Release date: November 21, 2004 -Genre: -Rating: E Players: It’s a multiplayer game that has a “capture the flag” style in it. Summary: It all starts out with Mario being invited by princess toadstool, so he journey’s to the castle followed by his brother Luigi and his rival Wario. They get to the castle and mysteriously disappear from site leaving Yoshi to figure out how to get them back. Yoshi, locked out, has to catch a rabbit that has a key to get in the castle. Once he gets in, he discovers that Bowser and his goons have taken over the castle. Yoshi must find his friends and get their help and adventure the castle trying to bring back the princess. Longevity: The game itself has a good story mode but many complain on how short and easy it is. The story mode doesn’t take long to finish if you play for at least three hours a day. At the rate of that kind of playing you’d be able to finish the game in four or five days from the day you got it. Many don’t like to play it again unless they want to play the story mode again by creating a new file. But the game is worth it. Graphics: The graphic have a great look on to them looking quite similar to the characters in the previous Super Mario on the Nintendo 64. Using only of consisting polygons that are reshaped into the characters of a game that came out several decades ago. The mushroom kingdom is quite impressive towards the players of the game and so is the resident Mario. The shapes that they used to form the stages of characters and of course the characters themselves make them look completely 3D in this particular game for some reason. The classic difficulties changes the stages with more complicated patterns in them using all different types of shapes and size available to them. Super Mario 64 DS has been thought of an improvement for many characters have been completely changed from the other games, their edges have been rounded. If you’ve seen the Chain-Chomp on the first level, you’ll see his teeth are individual and not connected. I personally think, that so far besides the New Super Mario Brothers game, it’s rather a big improvement. For the first Mario DS game that came out. Gameplay: This game is a 3D platformer where four different characters are able to play in several different places where they can roam around without a time limit. In those places, you’ll find Bowser’s minions trying to attack you. You’ll also find nice and easy going characters that offer to help you, tell information, or ask for a favor. While you’re doing anything in that course, you’ll find a power star. You can collect these of course, they help advance you through doors and let’s you verse bosses. You earn stars by finding them in courses or you can defeat a boss in battle. While doing so, you can punch, kick, and slide around to help weaken his defenses and you’ll be able to be closer on to getting peach. Once you’ve gotten all the stars (There’s one hundred fifty of them) you’ll get a message from Bowser saying you’ve defeated him. Then at the gate where you have entered, you’ll find the cannon that will shoot you up to Peach’s castle. You may also use different hats that you have earned all through the courses, you’ll be able to wear them and be able to turn in to the character that wears the hat. You can also get the power flower that allows Mario to start floating, Luigi turns invisible, and Wario becomes made of iron, and Yoshi breathes fire. A Giant mushroom will make the character enormous, and will allow Yoshi, to be able to kick, punch and slide (Which doesn’t allow him to do when he’s normal size.) A Feather of course, allows Mario to start flying just like the super Mario 64 on the Nintendo 64. You know how Yoshi wasn’t able to enter the castle without a key from a rabbit outside? Well, there are seven more rabbit’s inside the castle that each character must get them, the rabbit’s color and location will be changed based off of what character is being used to catch them. After you get a rabbit you obtain a key that unlocks a new mini game to play. Then, there are eight more rabbits that glow, once you caught them all you’ll get provided by a power star. Sounds: Super Mario 64 for the Nintendo 64 was great with great music, but Nintendo’s Super Mario 64 DS was even better. They have great melodies followed along with happy songs and tunes. The characters old voices still do get old after a while, but that’s supposed to be like that. I think that because the game has one of the happiest tunes that I enjoy in it. It’s called “Dire Dire Docks theme.” that’s why I think it’s so great. Plot and Settings: The game really takes place in the toadstool castle, but they only showed the whole castle itself to make you get a visual of what the setting is going to be like. Through out the castle, you’ll find paintings and disguised walls that are actually portals that lead to another world where you’ll see Bowser’s goons guarding hidden stars. Overall Score: This game is really great in a lot of things, but it’s to easy for some gamers. After you beat it, the game gets very boring. Yet, it’s still recommended to buy. Ratings: Gameplay = 10/10 Graphics = 9/10 Sound = 8/10 Longevity =7/10 Final score = 8.5 News Article: ![]() As everyone knows, Nintendo has been making a commitment in to making fun games for players of any age. Well, Nintendo of America inc. unleashed a new list of games that are coming out in the year 2009. One of these notible titles is "Pokemon Platinum", in which is a newer version of the more popular game "Pokemon Diamond/Pearl". They created a new "Battle Frontier" with only the toughest trainers so you xan test your skills to see if you're going to be the greatest pokemon master. The game is said to be more realistic in a lot of ways, eating is one of the newest things. You're able to have food in the game, but it comes to a whole different level. The brain functions if they think your stomach is severly hungry for food, meaning you have to get the right amount. It is in 3D now for the spear pillar, so watch out for those graphics!
