She has been a great example for the rest of us, and has been a great designer with us for a while now. She is also a woman, and is standing up for the 10:1 ratio.

But we staff are members too.

But yeah, staff should be excluded from it as I would like to focus on the members that aren't staff. But that is just my opinion and I'll get more staff opinions for next months contest, but as for this month staff is included.

Also my vote is for Phoenix.

On the other hand the last chance to vote for a staff member is too good to pass up.
So Der Fuhrer gets my vote. I'm not sure why, mostly because he was my vote for August, even if it's his fault I couldn't vote for him.
