Has anyone read A World Lit Only By Fire: The Medieval Mind and the Renaissance, Portrait of an Age by William Manchester???

I have to read it for Advanced Placement European History. I only have like 4 more days to read the whole thing because I procrastinated (Like usual)

It's not quite as boring as I thought it would be for a non-fiction novel on the Medieval Period. Its surprisingly entertaining to read about how stupid and brutish everyone used to be.

Give me your thoughts on it. (If anyone else has ever even read it )
