GM Unveils the City Car of the Future

Behold! This could be the the car populating all of the world's cities someday. GM unveiled this new "super smart" electric vehicle today in shanghai. It seats two people, can communicate wirelessly with other vehicles, and can automatically avoid traffic and accidents. General Motors is working with the company Segway to develop the futuristic automobile.

The car is named the EN-V or the Electric Networked Vehicle. It is about 1/3 the length of a traditional vehicle and will only weigh around 900 pounds. The model will be made of plastic and sturdy carbon fiber. Because of its compact design, parking lots could hold ten times more ENV's than traditional vehicles.

I found this story very interesting. What do you all think?

I actually laughed a little, but avoiding accidents could help the bad drivers. Though, it seems if you WERE to get in a crash, you're dead.
