Not at all a lie, there are plans for a gaiden airing in Japan this summer and I already read the first chapter of the new manga series. When you get that many awards, and that many pissed off fangirls I guess it works.

Anyways I'm unaware on the consistency of the manga's release and I haven't yet checked if the gaiden has aired. As for the first chapter, I'm not sure if it will live up to the anime R1 and 2 but the mangas are quite different from the anime end result.

*faints* I need to start reading manga. T.T

It will be interesting to see how this turns out. Either way, I'm glad Code Geass hasn't ended.

You can read the first chapter on manga fox, but beware. All the companies threatened to take down all the big manga sites, up unitl now they've done nothing, up until now. Now of the big 3, one's down, one's going down, and manga fox is said to not be far behind.
