disc problem

Hi
Can anyone help please, we have just got a new wii which came with the wii sport and 3 other sealed games, but when i put any of the discs in it keeps coming up with unable to read disc am i doing something wrong, it has allowed me to create a mii ?????????

You could be putting the disc in the wrong way, look at the manual for help and if not then call Nintendo for help.

the silver part faces the power button thats how i remeber and the label doesnt

but idk if thats ur problem im just assuming thats it

Well like Fox sayed it could be the wrong side I done that lots of times lol, some peoples Wii's can be ''out of date'' like Super Smash Bros Brawl can't be played on every Wii because the game has a double layer of something and the Wii can't read that so you can send your Wii to Nintendo and they will fix it for you for free.
