Hm, the climate erraticism (that's a word, right?) has effects both ways, so I'd be a bit cautious claiming global warming is a myth.
However, here's another discussion point. Cutting CO2 emissions won't stop global warming; it will only slow it down. The world will still boil and become an inhospitable wasteland. And we'll regret wasting the last years of our lives sitting at home reading books by candlelight.
Pessimism much?

Global warming is a true fact. But global warming is also part of a cycle when normally natural, and extraterrestrial phenomena occur causing some sort of pollutant in to the air. Causing gases to hold heat (extreme heat) in the summer, and the opposite in the winter. I'm not saying humans are the cause for "global warming". We just somewhat increased the process in which it happens.

I can tell you now that normally this time of the year Manitoba is Freakin cold -20, -30 and -40's should be happening right now. (Celcius). For the past four weeks we've had nothing but -9 (Being the lowest) and +5 Being the highest. Which is not normal for january here. January/February in Manitoba are the coldest months of the year.

Yeah, last year it snowed in CA in the valley... that's never happened in my life. My brother called me up all excited about it. I saw it on the news and was like "Whoooa". I never saw it snow in CA. The first time I saw snow was here in PA some years ago.

But yeah, it did snow in Florida this year. Some family members were down their to visit other family members, and they came back all surprised and stuff. Soooo weird.

Global warming would cause it to get warmer in some areas and colder in others.... and of course, eventually, all areas will get very hot. Or the ice caps will melt and we'll be drowned. Or something like that.

In any case, the different effects it has on our planet are pretty interesting. I just hope nothing terrible happens in my lifetime.

I was watching "How The Earth Was Made" this morning & at the end of it they talked about how Earth will most likely be thousands of years later. One thing mentioned was that we're in the middle of Ice Ages, which brings increased heat. After the last Ice Age, temperatures increased greatly. Another 10,000-15,000 years will be yet another Ice Age. Then again, they say the Sun will engulf us in 5,000 years while it transforms into a Red Giant, so who knows?
