Default Tech Discussion?

Hmm, I don't know if we already have this or have already decided that it is a no-go, but how about a Technology Discussion forum like they have at FriendCodes or NBN? A place where we could talk about technological things i guess it would be more broad than just Wii stuff. Of course no Homebrew, Hacking, or Emulator discussion though.

I guess it's not a bad idea. I was considering starting an IT Consultancy thread, for people to send in their computer woes for me to resolve. It would help me practice IT solutions, which I do on a part-time basis anyway.
Anyway, the flaw in your plan can be found by browsing through General Discussion; there are very few tech threads about. Simply put, there's just not enough tech activity to justify its own board. Feel free to prove me wrong, though.

Ok Dr. IT pro let's see if you can find a solution to this. Monitor decided to shut down randomly then it reappeared a second later saying that NVIDIA Kernal Mode 190.32 has stop responding and has been restored, then a minute later it froze and the blue screen of death appeared restarting my PC, then after that everything decided to mess up, the colors are misplaced, the Windows Aero doesn't seem the work anymore. Running a Windows 7 OS with NVIDIA Geforce 8400 GS from XFX.

No I'm sure it's not a overheated issue cause, I've dusted it off like 2 days before it happened, can't be a driver issue cause I've reinstalled the latest one.
