Here are sone of the advantages if fixing the chat, or preferably getting a better one/ using mine:

1) it will give older members a better reason to stay longer everyday, even though there are no new topics to keep them occupied

2) new members are more attracted right off the bat to a chat room

3) it will increase bonds between members and form synergy

4) good, quick way for staff to communicate

5) higher quality chat rooms, especially ones with avatars are mire appealing because they are fun (my chat room is perfect for this situation) and stale irc chat rooms are boring because they lack personality

trust me, this chat box will get more members to return and stay, plus it will make matchmaking easier. Now just give me the word and I'll set up my chatbox to fit your guys' standards (renaming it, creating admin profiles etc.)

I'm giving these statements from 2 years of administrative experience. A chat box is fun and useful, and in wiiusers current state, vital.
