about the rules for items equipped to pokemon. Does it only apply to what you mentioned in the first page? i.e. increase/decrease accuracy?

We did have more ideas, but mainly to avoid "aren't able to hit/always will hit." I think I might have to add "No mind reader," some pokemon have a OHKO combo with mind reader (sheer cold) that seems unfair.

The HEX Clause, yeah, It does. As long as it doesn't raise or lower yours or you opponents accuracy, you can wear it.

Edit: How do people always get posts in front of me?

@Bombz: That's not a bad idea, blocking the use of Mind Reader/Lock-on... whatever you want to do, it's your choice.

I have that post problem as well, sometimes a whole hour difference. It is as if someone's post didn't exist for an hour, then *poof* its there all of a sudden.

Should we prohibit the use of moves/items that increase critical hits?
Read this for more detail, Serebii, Critical Hits.
Credit for serebii.

If the rule were to be accepted, it would look like this.
No use of moves/items that increase the power of critical hits or the likelyhood of a critical hit of occuring.

Hmmmm... I don't really know what to say about this...

I would say no to items but keep moves. Even though some moves have a good chance of a critical, it doesn't mean it'll have good effect on people who train their pokemon well. Plus, I rarely see critical hits, even with moves that have a high critical hit ratio.

Well the most you can get with just a move is a stage 2 (12.5%) but with the few items available, you can get 3,4, and 5. So I'd have to go with you. Keep the Critical-Hit Ratio at 12.5%

That is true, I'll drop the moves part.

Alright... does anyone else have anymore rules they think should be brought to our attention?
