No!!!!! he doesn't, he's just good. The only reason I made this is because I'm in 9600s. His clan is also full of them.

I, as well as most everyone in my clan, peaks at 9999vr frequently, and thats in Pro Lounges, not just the regular noob rooms that your used to there Mr skull

TE holds the top racers here...
