Any stage, if a stage is chosen do NOT choose it again! I suggest staying away from random votes. If a stage is picked twice that race will become void and if one person chooses the same stage multiple times and it's picked multiple times they will be discredited(loss of points)

When? Time is not finalized yet but it will once all spots are taken up, i hope sometime during the week next week. Meet in the chat room a minimum of 5 minutes before specified race time or you will miss your races. 12 racers will go in top 8 scores will go on to round 2. 4 races on different stages.

ANNOUNCEMENT: I will need 1-2 helpers for this. At the moment I'm looking for something that's black and white and has posted all over(panda)
