There are too many renders covering the background. The background doesn't flow with the renders.
When I mean "flow" I mean that the background appears flat, you have to make it seem to pop out at you. also, the text should not be used with a bright color, it should be used a darker one.
Here's a tip that will help you a lot:
Look at other peoples work, if you think the effects are nice, try studying them to find out more about how to create those effects. Experiment, 90% of making good signatures is if you expirement with every tool, font, effect, color, and filter. if you truly know what each of those produce, you will have a completed signature. Also, be sure to use creativity to add some catchy phrases to your signatures. Or, use the title of the thing that your using, such as "Grand Theft Auto" or, "Link" or "Luigi". just add that and put it in a really cool text.
also, most of this is based on if you are creative or not. If you aren't a creative type, there is almost no way you will be able to make good signatures. You have to have creativity to explore new techniques.
