Well, this is a rather hard one, seeing that it has been almost two years since I last owned a Ds, so I am going to have to say from my experience Mario Kart DS. Simply stunning online play, controls, and features make this game a mile ahead than any other game I have every played for the DS.

The remake for Final Fantasy IV has really blown me away and I have to say that tops even Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass as my favorite DS game so far. Mario Kart is a distant third as of right now though.
