Luigi's Mansion sequel: Yes or No?

We all loved the hit Nintendo GameCube game Luigi's Mansion (Or at least some of us). Now wouldnt it be nice if they made a sequel to it? I certainly loved ghostbusting with Professor E. Gadd. But I thought there could have been a lot more to the game. Let's face it, the game was short. I have beaten it numerous times. I think a sequel would be great. Especially out of a mansion scenario. For example, the Mushroom Kingdom could be run over by ghosts and Mario could help Luigi. Jumping features would be nice too. Well, that's my two cents. The community?

apparently an updated version IS coming out for wii. but at the moments it's just a rumour and if it does it'll just have wii controls and a few new features. nothing supoer crazy.

They will most likely never make a sequel. The sales for Luigi's Mansion were extremely low. The game wasn't that great either. Love ghost catching and won't give up on Luigi? Buy Ghostbusters on Wii

I think it's possible. If you haven't heard already, Nintendo is make Play on Wii, which means that they are making remakes of games from the Gamecube, and making them with easier controls for the Wii. So far I know of Pikmin, Donkey Kong Jungle Beat, and Taiko Drums.

Yeah. I mean, what would happen if Super Smash Bros wasn't made? That would be horrible.

I personally hope they make a sequal to this, especially if it has online capabilities. I mean, just think about it, playing as your favorite nintendo character and capturing ghosts with a friend..Then again I highly doubt that will happen though.
