I hate to be blunt, but your logic is all wrong. It's a different Link each time so it doesn't go in the order of his age. Wind Waker explicitly says it takes place hundreds of years after OoT, and Twilight Princess is clearly a few decades after OoT as it is prior to the Great Flood. LttP recalls OoT at the beginning, so must be afterwards. OoT must be the first in the chronology because it depicts Ganon committing his first evil act, and he is a new threat then. Also, Wind Waker Link is the same age as OoT child link, as he receives the Hero's Clothes on the day he turns the same age as the Hero of Time. In Majora's Mask, it explicitly says it takes place immedietely after OoT. The only games where it is unclear where it fits in in the chronology are Minish Cap and Four Swords Adventure, although the splitting technology used in FSA is discovered in MC, so it is likely to be afterwards.
