lol this is funny because both of them try 2 plot their evil ways of destroying their rivals mario&sonic but they ALWAYS end up loseing xd then they come back 4 bigger and better inventions xd so tell me whos better BIG bad bowser OR the incredible DR.eggman.

To answer your question, Eggman.
Bowser loses frequently, but I think Eggman would have destroyed Sonic by now. He is too full of himself and spares the weak. If he was an, excuse my language, asshole he would have destroyed Sonic without hesitation.

I used to love sonic...but I died big time. If it were between any sonic hero vs. any Mario hero it'd go towards sonic but as for villains...Bowser, eggman just plain annoys me. Maybe Chaos or Shadow but definitely not Eggman.

Eggman should make a bomb. Then created a machine to slow down time, and then attach the bomb to Sonic. Launch him to space, and activate the bomb. Easy as hel*, why hasn't he have done it?
I mean how can Sonic escape an explosion, its much faster than sound and the heat should disinagrate him if that doesn't work.
