Best capture settings for Wii?

I have an EzCap capture card that works amazingly with my Xbox 360 using HQ 16:9 ration at NTSC_433. However, when I try this with the Wii, I get no sound through. I am using Corel VideoStudio X2 and the standard Wii RCA cables.

This doesn't sound like a problem with the Wii, but you can try switching your sound settings to Mono, checking the connection of the RCA cables (make sure the red and white cables are the right way round; you wouldn't want a silly mistake now) or if you're really stuck, searching some dedicated forums and websites for advice. The truth is out there.

Okay, I've swapped the cables round and played about with some settings. I changed some settings of some sort and now I get sound

The quality has dropped a little, but oh well
