The friendcodes pallette should get fixed

Hey, seriously, I know that we've been talking about this, but it seems that no one is in the motive to do it. I would try, but I don't have the experience to do so.

(fix title please).

It's got nothing to do with self-belief, he just doesn't have the necessary FTP and server expererience. The admins have that.
