Hybrid contineud to walk, and finnaly realised that it was another trainer. By the time he arrived at the obvious battle was over all he saw was a shinx in the grass, fainted, and a flash of red absorbing his pokemon back to its ball.

"hey, I am going to assume that it was you who got to that shinx?" Hybrid stood there, looking at the trainer, noticing that he was obviously talented to have beaten the shinx in short amount of time.

[Kr!sP]

I think you should win this one...you have water and I just fought... but give me a fighting chance lol.

Terry put his hands in his pocket and stood up straight with a grin on his face.
"Yeah I'm pretty amazing. So, wanna have a go?" He said whilst juggling his pokeball in one hand.
"I won't make it easy!" He said while his grin turned into a determined glare.

[Alphonse]

Flying across the road once again after a scare from that unknown pokemon, Alphonse sees a bunch of buildings and a sign saying "Oreburgh city! Home of the rock pokemon". Seeing this Alphonse thinks this is a great chance to chill here and meet some new pokemon, better yet maybe a trainer, he likes. Alphonse knows that this poketech is valuble and thinks everyone that sees it might steal it. He goes to a bush in the outskirts of the city and hides it there until he leaves.

Hybrid braught one foot back, "WHAT?!? a battle? umm..." He grabbed his pokeball "umm..alright... I guess... I hope i prove to be enough of a fighht..."

[Alphonse]

After a couple of hours in Oreburgh city, Alphonse came across a pokemon. He knew from experience that is was a mere Starley. This was a great time for Alphonse to get a battle in. The last one he had was in the Hohen region with a Zigzagoon. Alphonse remembers what his mother told him when he was a little child. "Never take the first hit in a battle." Alphonse remembered that, and he never took the first hit. This stubern Starley unleashed a wind attack at Alphonse. Being a flying type Alphonse shook it off. Alphonse made a loud Supersonic attack confusing the Starley. Confused the starly hit himself with a gust attack. Alphonse unleashed a move Alphonse never used before. He used Crunch on Starley, Making the pokemon faint. It was a good battle for Alphonse and he felt proud of himself.

[Kr!sP]

"GO Krisp! Quick get read y for ember!" Terry said throwing his pokeball. With a flash of white light Cyndaquil burst out the ball ready for battle.

[Agenda]

A fire type, that is looking to be in my favour, Hybrid mumbled. he griped his Pokeball and launched it towards the Cyndaquil. "Let's go Staryu!... HIT IT!" A flash of light appeared and the star like pokemon took shape, gem shining brighter then ever.

[Kr!sP]

Cyndaquil was ready and waiting to shoot his ember but when Staryu appeared from the ball the attack wasn't very effective.
"Hmmm...a water type eh? Ok kirsp, we'll just have to stick to physical attacks and be careful! Use smoke screen and give him a good tackle!" Terry commanded his pokemon.
Krisp weezed out a large smog of smoke and prepared to attack.

Brian finally reached Oreburgh, and stopped by the gym. He saw some others passing by, wondering if they beat the leader. He remembered his father had given him a Buizel for fighting in the gym. He trained Slaps (Buizel) just as efffectively as Jolt. He was ready to take on the leader. "Slaps use your water gun!" Slaps's hit was effective! The Leader's Pokemon soon used a Low Kick and critically hurt him. "Doing pretty well! But not for long." said the Leader. He was able to defeat his first Pokemon... but Slaps had soon fainted. The Leader released a Geodude. It was all up to Jolt! "Iron Tail! Like we practiced!" It was avoided! He countered with a Rock Tomb. Jolt was hurt badly, since it was Super Effective. Jolt regained strength and slammed him with another Iron Tail. The power has depleted the Geodude's health. He had won. "Well you did great, but I believe you can do better." Somewhat Ignoring his comment, Brian left the gym, with the first badge on his coat. After a hard day's work, he went to the Pokemon Center to recover his team's health.

Brian traveled along the outskirts of Oreburgh, he found Terry.

"Staryu.... *cough*... use harden and... *cough*... brace for impact!" the gem at its center glowed and the entire body shined,and hardened instantly.
