Mortal Kombat vs. Street Fighter - Registration/Discussion

Well here it is the unveiling of the Mortal Kombat vs. Street Fighter RP.

Registration

Beginning now, and ending on Tuesday 16th February at 00:00 Central Time, registration will last one week, no fighting will take place in this time. Anyone may join by filling out the following form.

6 characters are available from each team. No two players may use the same character. The owners of each character is displayed below.

If the limit is not reached at the end of registration and the teams are uneven, it will be resolved by either removing the last person to sign up and/or moving players from one team to the other.

Combat

Combat will begin on Tuesday 16th February 00:00 Central.

Each combatant may challenge one rival per day, using Central Time. They must be from the opposite team. Winning battles earns the victor FP (Fighter Points), which allow them to level up.

In combat, each combatant's levels are added together and the Random Integer Generator is used to randomly select a number between 1 and the sum of the two levels. If the number generated is less than the instigator's level, the instigator wins, else, the other combatant wins. An example battle would be:

Raiden vs. Ryu
??? -- ???
Lvl 4 -- Lvl 3
Random generated between 1 and 7
Number generated is 3
Raiden wins!

Or:

Random generated between 1 and 7
Number generated is 5
Ryu wins!

If the winner instigated the battle, they will receive FP equal to double that of their opponent's level. If the winner received the challenge, they will receive FP equal to that of their opponent's level. This system has been tried and tested, and has proved to be totally fair and unbiased.

Powers

Steroids effectively double the user's level for one day, consequently doubling their chances of victory.
ZOMG!! BONUS FP doubles the amount of FP you receive that day, both from matches you instigated, and from matches you received.
Double Challenge allows you to make two challenges that day rather than the usual one.

Each team will have 8 of each card at their disposal to use. Teammates will be required to communicate with each other in order to establish who will use the respective wildcards. Mathematically, there should be enough for each player to use 3 wildcards each, but teams may alter their strategy to adopt a different goal. Only one of each card can be used by one player at a time i.e., you can't use two Steroids to quadruple your level.

Victory

The winning team will be the team with the most combined FP on a date to be announced.
