Meta Knight (Good, he should be here)
Snake (Wario deserves this spot, he could pass MK too if it weren't for his gay grab release issues)
Wario (Snake + Wario should trade spots)
Falco (Should be below Diddy)
Diddy Kong (Should trade spots with Falco)
King Dedede (Sounds about right, his metagame is slowly coming to a screeching halt, and he has the worst matchups in top tier)
A:
Marth (...Maybe should be in DDD's spot, but that's a big maybe. Sounds about right)
Mr. Game & Watch (I really think G&W should move a few spots down, below Pika, IC, and Oli, it's just so easy to wall his predictable approaches, and despite bucket breaking, he's still fairly easy to kill)
Pikachu (Should be three spots above G&W)
Olimar (Should be one spot above G&W)
Ice Climbers (Should be above Olimar, below Pikachu)
R.O.B. (Should trade spots with Kirby)

Lucario (Sounds about right)

He has only one reliable killing move- and it's slow and predictable as hell. His recovery is shit. He can't gimp. He has no reliable methods of approach, and can't camp. His moves are quite possibly the lowest priority in the game. Need I go on? *Not to mention he has only one even matchup in the game, the rest are terribad for him*

He'll get there soon lolz, he has some of the most potential of the whole cast. He's slowly moving up each tier list. He'll probably pass DDD/Falco next, because their metagames are coming to a halt.

there's sitll more revisions to come. shiek's movin on up. I want her in B tier so she's not over used but still in good placement. of course brawl's metagame doesn't look like it can move very far.
