Jarrett is right here BATMAN. It would be best if you don't lock every thread that you think needs locking (Unless it's really bad, then of course lock away) But question threads and others like that don't always need to be locked.
It makes the forums look messy and cluttered up with locked threads, it also puts the image that we are too strict.
