Okey,well the brick is just a 9th neighbor and the game doesn't recognize it so it freezes when you try to join your town.I'll tell you how to fix your Town.You don't have to buy a new one.
-You have to set your clock up a year or two.
-Then you mess around with the time date and month.
-If it still doesn't work keep messing with the time and date.Then the 9th neighbor will finally move out.
And your town is all better.:D
