Yeah, and I know why. This happened to me and I got characters instead. Basically I was playing the campaign. Then I played as Snake and other new character in the campaign. Instead of going back to the main menu, I turned off my system because I had to do something. When I turned it back n, I got those characters because it didn't have a chance to give them to me earlier because I didn't go back to the menu.
