All the Unlockable Characters Pictures have just been Cut & Pasted from other Pictures... You can even see the Cut Lines around them, Especially R.O.B.
For Example: Shy Guy & Wiggler's Pictures are from their Images in Mario RPG!
Also, Baby Luigi's Facing the Wrong Direction.
