OK I think after a bit of research it makes more sense to me...So if I understand it right, they are just trying to brighten up everybody's day by doing this? I guess thats pretty cool. Peope in my community would shoot somebody with a sign like that and call them a communist, but I guess my community is REALLY stupid and insensitive like that.
