I think that i am a decent Wolf user, and i prove this by beating my brother as well as some of my friends. But i'm not about to enter any tournaments until i can find a working strategy for him, because I tend to be lost when fighting people that have a lot of skill. Does anybody have good strategies on how and when to use Wolf's moves?

I already know how to blaster camp and up smash when dashing, so no help is needed there.
