I'd first say Isaac and Mia from Golden Sun (Isaac's the main character, Mia's just awesome). I also would've really liked Sora and one of the Hunters from MPH, but NOT M.C. NOT AT ALL!!! If Snake couldn't have guns, neither could M.C. and all he would have left is his energy sword I believe, and grenades. Not an interesting character.
