Welcome to the site and I hope you enjoy yourself here. We have lots of things you can do on here and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask myself or any of the other staff.
As for your question, really the only way is to buy them, however on here you can win them with tournaments and events. For example, we just wrapped up a Super Smash Bros. Brawl tournament and the winner received a 2000 Wii Points card. So keep an eye out for tournaments and events.
