Ichigo: I'm thinking maybe next tournament you should require everyone to post their info along with times and dates available. That way divisions can be made based on the dates and a match can be made without people having to scramble around and make the dates. For example, if people say I'm available anytime after 6pm PST and there's others the same: you could group them together and get the race done by the next day. Hell, if everyone posted times you could pretty much plan the whole tournament to take place over a couple days. Just a thought, great effort you're putting in :)
