Ichigo and Blade, great idea I must admit, but the time you are setting severely reduces the amount of WiiUsers.net members that are able to participate in this tournement.
Even moving the time down to something like 6 p.m. would do a great deal.
I have another idea for the tourney, and before you say anything, I know that in the first season, some racers might find this unfair.
Ok, at the start of the first season, as many people who want to enter can. We still keep the league to a Max. of 12 players, but there is more than 1 division. For the first season, the 12 highest ranking racers are in the top division, next 12 division 2 and so on... .
Than after the first season, top 3 from division 2 get promoted to divsion 1, and bottom 3 from division 1 get relegated to division 2. And this can work with how many division there are.
This is just a suggestion, so don't tkae it too seriously if you don't want to  .
