If the special effects are done in Canada(go Canada ) then it's got to be good I mean look at Lord of the Rings SFX made in Canada, Timeline (most of you probably never heard of it, but it a good movie) made in Canada, etc...

And Dragonball is suppost to be filmed in Montreal. Take that Hollywood lol
