Oh. that would be cool  . I'm pretty much only good at recolors right now. The effect thing doesn't work too good :/. Then again, I am just starting  .

I use GIMPshop. It was recommended by Yamato101 because it's free, unlike Photoshop which costs 100 bucks. also, I did another recolor!
