No that's a vector one :P I'm still thinking whether I should bring my other Avril sig out in public.

Acually if it was not done in Illustrator CS, CS2 Or CS3 it isn't vector. Vector art means all the lines are crisp and clean, and no fuzziness because the lines stay constant and don't pixelate.
