MGSS! Entry 2

Entry 2: Metal Gear Duon

Prologue: After getting on the battleship Halberd by using his impressive arsenal and CQC techniques(Close quarters combat In case non metal gear players needed to know), Snake succesfully infiltrated the Halberd with no one noticing.
Snake: No one noticing Are you nuts! Everyone heard me, I had explosives, not only that, but they were strong explosives! You got to be dead to not notice!
(Back to prologue): After infiltrating the airship, Snake was tired and rested in his box.

Snake: Colonel, give me the briefing.

Colonel: All right Snake, you are to explore and take control of this airship. You are to do this in stealth mode.

Snake: Why can't I go Rambo on them.

Colonel: Because its a STEALTH mission.

Snake: You know what Colonel! *beep* YOU I'm doing this my way!

Colonel: Snake are you mad? Snake?

Snake continued to move around in the airship, wiping opposition with only his rocket launcher, why? Because he's pissed thats why. Snake hit a snag at one point. He could feel enemies coming near him. They weren't human so it would be hard to knock them out, so going to his old stealth mode. Snake grabbed his box and hid. The two beings stepped closer and closer, as Snake could feel his heart beating faster and faster. Until... He was discovered and after a brief moment, it seemed like they had the same goal.

Snake: (Radios Otacon)Otacon, what are these two?

Otacon: Thats Meat-Knight and lucario, a poke-

Snake: Stop right there.

Otacon: Why Snake?

Snake: If its a pokemon, then don't tell me about it, Mei-Ling does it enough. If you want to tell me, tell it after the mission.

Snake contiued along his path with the two and finally they reached a room with two cages. Suddenlt, two shadow beings were created.

Snake: Colonel, who are these two women?

Colonel: They are not part of the mission Snake. Feel free to ignore them.

Snake: Ignore them? They're damsels in distress.

Colonel: What are you getting at Snake?

Snake: I'm tired of rescuing/protecting old poloticians and destroying metal gears! I want to do the classic mission of rescuing damsels in distress!

Colonel: Snake? Are you feeling all right? Snake respond! Snake!

Snake quickly took the shadow beings out and rescued the two princesses. He signalled them to stay here and left. Eventually, Snake made it to the control room, where he found strange 2-D creatured.

Snake: Otacon, what are these things?

Otacon: Those are Mr.Game&Watches Snake, they been around for a long time.

Colone: You have to take them out Snake.

Snake: Take them out where? The prom.

Colonel: ARE YOU YANKING MY TAIL, SNAKE! JUST KILL THEM.

Snake: Harsh words agains 2-D beings Colonel. Commencing operation.

Snake eliminated the Mr.Game&Watches. However, they turned to shadow bugs and formed a huge being that Snake called, "Metal Gear"

Snake: Colonel, thats a Metal Gear!

Colonel: Yes, I believe its called "Metal Gear Duon"

Snake: How did you know what its caled?

Colonel: Its on the screen, Snake.

Snake: Huh? Forget it, Otacon, give me some data!

Otacon: Alright, it has two sides...

Snake: I can see that Otacon.

Otacon: One side is gun based and the other sword based. Just use hit and run tactics. I can also see that it is supported by just one set of wheels.

Snake: That's impossible! Its gun side looks heavier than the sword side. It should be hard to balance itself on just one wheel!

Otacon: Two wheels Snake.

Snake: Big whoop!

Snake: What weapons are effective against this Metal Gear?

Otacon: Anything.

Snake: Anything? Even my fists?

Otacon: Yes.

Snake: This thing is a fricking' wuss! Commencing operation, over.

Snake and his companions (not to mention some he didn't know, like that weird bird and the fox) defeated the Metal Gear. But Snake's hands and feet hurted like hell from hitting solid metal. Another thing was that Snake's body hurted all over. He did not imagine a huk of metal could jump on him so fast.

Snake: Metal Gear Duon eliminated. Colonel, I'm getting some rest Colonel.

Colonel: Congratulations Snake, but I that was only phase one of your mission.

Snake: You got to be kidding me!

Colonel: No Snake, you have one hour to rest.

Otacon: Oh, Snake. One more thing.

Snake: What!?

Otacon: That wasn't a Metal Gear, the Colonel just tricked you.

Snake: Colonel!

Colonol: (Laughs so hard)

Snake: Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggggggghhhh hhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!
