Chronos Number: III

This will be our first brawl try-out, all those who are interested, put up a comment here as we don't want to spam the forums.

Also regarding numbers XIII and I, II. They will be the last ones to be assigned and I will have requirements.

To be number I, II, and XIII, you must already be a Chronos number (but there are some exceptions) and from there we will do tournaments for the best of the chronos numbers. I and II are also done by similar tournaments but must also be very active.

Other XIII requirements:
In clan wars/tournaments, you must support Chronos and be one of Chronos' most active and devoted member.
