Lucario damage

I seen alot of comments around on youtube that Lucario damage is base on how much his %damage and he get stronger? Is that true? Like say if Lucario damage was at 100% will his attack grow?

Someone on MKWii.com mentioned that Lucario is the best character in Brawl, he got to play the game.. He said that Diddy sucked and Lucario is the best.
IMO, i didn't agree with what he said... I'll find out for myself which characters suck or not when I get the game.. but yeah...

Lucario should be a great character, can't wait to use his AURA SPHERE...

Well he is really weak. I found a youtube clip shows how weak he is.

Well now, lets stop hating on the newcomer real quick and just think about this.

Some of Lucarios moves are similiar to the Pokemon we once knew, Mewtwo, but even if thats true, most people on Brawl will have weak moves and as far as him sucking, rethink what you say.

Makers of Brawl dont just sit down and say "Hey, we should make one character better than the other and have weak ones that suck." You have to understand, just because you are not great with them, doesnt mean they suck. You might think one character sucks, but when you hop online, someone that actually uses that character may Pwn you, you never know.

Just think about what you say, because everyone has there weak spots, and the reason for that is to even the characters out.

What you say is in fact true other people can pwn me with this character but don't you think its a little unfair that when Lucario %damage is increase Lucario moves gain more damage as well?

Well, I would but then I just think, they wouldnt have given him that power if their isnt some sort of disadvantage to it ya know?

Like Pichu, his attacks were stronger than Pikachus, but she hurt from it, so thats what i am trying to say...
