ok meta kignt was one of my favourite people but diddy kong is one hard guy to get too he's very fast so you got to get close to him to send him flying i say diddy kong is better but thats my opinon

while i agree with this statement (im good with both of them) keep in mind that all of metaknights small hits add up much quicker then diddys cause he can attack faster and that metaknights the last move of metaknights back and forward aerial have decent knockback and therefor are good for edgeguarding adn hes small and hard to hit. though i'll admit diddys crawling gives him a few advantages

Actually, I find it much easier to rack up damage with Diddy. His attacks aren't as fast as Meta Knight's, but they're fast enough to string together, and are stronger than Meta Knight's. Meta Knight is pure win in the air, and is godly at edgeguarding and recovery. He has that over Diddy, but Diddy has something that no Meta Knight can stand up to. Diddy has something that could put him at top tier. What is that? He's got bananas. His bananas can counter almost any strategy, and is gamebreaking against people who've never faced a Diddy Kong before. Meta Knight has fast moves, and is good on the ground and in the air, but Diddy is good on the ground, has bananas, and can K.O. you with his air moves. And bananas are win. 'Nuff said.
