I don't know why Nintendo Power would lie to us though...Nintendo is just confusing when they release different things to different people!

@yoshikart: Yes I am the same from the mkw forum. Also, Nintendo Power confirmed 18 characters.
@Duke: Exactly. They wouldn't lie for no reason so I think 18 characters is confirmed.
