it applies during a scheduled game, not one thats just for fun. if we have to assult another clan, thats when its efective.

we need more mohh2 recruits before we can go challenging clans like hw. at least 3 snipers, 2 heavy artillity (bazooka and nade experts), 5 defensive machine guns, and 6 offensive players.
