The Legend Of Zelda:Twilight Princess Review
Link.....Link.....Link!!! Wake up, its time for a new adventure, or should I say newest adventure. Yes, today we are talking about the newest release to the Legend Of Zelda series, Legend Of Zelda:Twilight Princess. Now this game, as a lot of you know, was released the same night that the Wii was released, but still is one of the best game's out for the Nintendo Wii as of now. The story starts you off in the peaceful village of Ordon, where you will first appear. Now, when most of you first see link, you will notice that he is not dressed quite the same. no worries, the suit will come, but only through time.
Now, if you are like me, you love to do the side quests, but if you don't, you have a long, hard road ahead of you. side quests in this game are meant for you to tackle them head on so that your health will be enough to take on the toughest bosses, and so you'll have the Rupees to buy things you will need in the near future. But if you are a head on gamer, the next and newest thing to happen to the brave and courageous link is the ultimate transformation: The Twilight Wolf.
The Twilight Wolf is Links newest transformation and will have you the edge of your seat all the way through the Twilight mist. Now, as you travel through the mist, most of you will see that the monsters in the Twilight are a lot harder than the ones in "Regular" world, but no need to worry, that is what your newest friend, Midna is for.
Midna is the Princess of the Twilight world, and you have accepted to help save her world, in return she helps to save yours. You will only actually see her when you are in the Twilight world, but once you leave, she will bestow within your mind, kinda like Navi on the past several Zelda Games. Midna is a great importance through most of the game, where you will be stuck, she will bring up hints and tips to get you out of the fog.
Now I know most of you are thinking, the side games, where are the side games? Well they are still in the game, and the people at Nintendo have also made it to where the games will actually determine if you will carry on to the next part of the story.
The Mountain Sliding game is a perfect example. Slither and slide down the side of the mountain to reach the next temple and be closer to saving Zelda, now that sounds fun!An example of an side mini-game and my all-time personal favorite, fishing!
Fishing is probably the best, and now the most interactive Game on Legend Of Zelda. The interaction comes in when the people at Nintendo decided to make you use your Wii remote as the rod, and when you finally caught something, go ahead and reel it in, using your nunchuk and moving it in a clockwise circular motion, and there, you actually caught your first virtual fish using your very own fishing rod!
Ok, so we have covered most of what the game has to offer, the newest additions, and the new friends you make along the way, but if you want to know how the rest of the story will go, who's the last boss, what weapons you will get, the newest foes you will meet, well I'll leave that up to you.
