I've noticed many new members have asked me about this topic. Here's a little tutorial to help new members. I will be making more tuts in the near future. I hope this will help. ^^





Click the icon that is circled in the picture.





A little window should come up. Then you click one of the two options:

1. Click "I approve" to give positive reputation.
   
2. Click "I disapprove" to give negative reputation.

Now you can type a comment if you'd like. Then you click "Add to reputation" and you're done. Congrats! You just gave reputation!
