i noticed that long time ago... amybe adding the 1day because of leep eyar was a BAD idea...
also does dayliht saving time have an effect on this? i don;t think ti does since we spring forward... but just making sure

Daylight savings time happens about 2 hours after the midnight release. Don't worry about it. Anyway, I'm the knew guy who is never wrong, get used to it. Lol, jk
